Key Responsibilities

• Management and maintenance of marketing content pipeline

Director of Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are successfully using the ClickTale product by working with customers to understand business objectives and recommend activities to achieve those goals
• Develop strong relationships with customers to protect ongoing revenue stream and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Act as a point of escalation for the CXC Team as needed
• Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Client Services, Product, and Customer Support to provide services required to meet customer program expectations
• Manage regular account reviews with the team internally for customers and provide strategies to provide value from ClickTale services
